The Cypriot issue and the Turkish propaganda

For some time, the leadership of the Occupied territories is trying to come across as independent from the Turkish will.

This scheme has passed through to those who are not really concerned about the geopolitical reality and the mental schemes of strategy.


Because in actual fact, each statement deriving from that leadership, coincides entirely with the most common propaganda of Turkey.

The EuroAsia Interconnector theme, was also one of the issues addressed in Davos.
This program Interconnecting Greece and Israel, via Cyprus and Crete, which already belongs to the Projects of Common Interest, is that the leadership of the Occupied territories is trying to present as almost useless, as it insists that a path through Turkey would be shorter and safer.

What's weid in that situation, is that, it obtains none of these criteria.
The security factor is excluded, due to Turkey's selfishness and unreliability.

The objective aim is in actual fact, the European Union through Italy and Greece, therefore a Turkish route has no benefit whatsoever.

The Occupied territories have already made an agreement with Turkey in regards to the demarcations of the EEZ, through which Turkey violates their rights, since it wasn't based on the median line, but based on Turkey's will, ie, 2/3 for Turkey , 1/3 for Occupied territories.

There is therefore not a practical benefit to be gained, since the matter will not regard a liberation, and the end of the energean isolation of Cyprus, because there will be commitment and dependence.
Additionally, they forget the benefits that exist for Crete, which is situated in the path of the EuroAsia Interconnector.

Consequently, to sum things up therefore, the leadership of the Occupied territories says exactly what the Turkish propaganda dictates, and nothing else.
