According to the media, a bomb hidden inside the Erawan shrine exploded, killing dozens of people.
“The Secretary-General hopes that those responsible will be brought to justice,” adds the statement.

Au lendemain de l'attentat qui a frappé la Thaïlande, tuant au moins 21 personnes, un suspect a été identifié grâce aux images de vidéo-surveillance, a annoncé, mardi 18 août, le chef de la junte et Premier ministre depuis le coup d'État de mai 2014, Prayut Chan-O-Cha. L'auteur présumé de l'attentat est activement recherché.
